From the moment I walked into the lobby the wonderful clean smell was in the air. To the exceptional customer service, I received from Nicole at the front desk. To go over and beyond to make sure we were near the door to let our two dogs out at night. To the lovely woman that worked in the free breakfast area sorry I forgot her name (she had two cute birds) The comfortable beds and Pillows. The location was great near a lot of attractions. And best of all they were dog friendly... Brian was the manager there and was always walking the halls making sure things were being done. Thank you for this great experience.

The location is Awesome right across the street from Broadway on the Beach, restaurants near by. I did not rent a car I used Uber and everything was accessible that I desired to do. The staff is cleaning very often within the hotel , I was not satisfied with my first room it had a weird smell. The room was changed without any hassle. I arrived early and called from the airport for an early check in and it was honored hours before check-in. All request made was taken care of immediately.

Laneka was the most pleasant encounter we had from the start. And then talking with her she shared that this was actually her second shift job. Wow to have an employee that is so sweet and considerate after working another job is just a jewel. I hope she is recognized and appreciated for her services. I enjoyed seeing her and talking her as much as I love staying her year after year.

The staff was excellent. They were great and offered support throughout our stay. I even received a kind text checking in with us. The beds in outlr room came with soft and firm pillows. I stayed for a weekend. The breakfast and attendant was good. It is a pretty standard breakfast selection but not gourmet. The attendant is very kind and helpful. Thank you all!
